Hey! It's really nice to see great work like this off the bat. I was really suprised and impressed when I saw this. It's really cool, we should see more art of space battles in general.
If you want any suggestions, I'd say that the nebula/gas cloud is a bit blurry in comparison to the rest of the scene and could have a bit more detail (but not too much because the scene has a soft style).
I was suprised on the colors on your desert planet, they're spot on and most people can't do that. Very nice work there.
Also, usually the stars are fienter, blurred, or unseeable at all when there is a nebula in front of them, that is, unless they're in front of the nebula.
Great work and welcome to Deviantart! I hope you dont mind the suggestions and I hope they help
i don't mind at all :c) just one explanation... i agree that parts of the background are blurry, but... oryginally this work was 3,5K wide. so, You know, compression ... :c)

i think it's too big for DA. and second reason - i always make some finish touch when the work is resized. so there's few differences between them now. maybe in the future? who knows... :c)

Across the globe, 27 million men, women, and children live in some form of slavery. That is more people at this moment than in all the centuries of the Atlantic Slave Trade. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
Open to all mediums. Deadline is March 10, 2010 @ 11:59pm PST.

Aeolus, I once dreamt you painted clouds on my bedroom ceiling because you were afraid I'd be lonely.
I love this, I can't say anything more. The slight blurriness really makes it feel like everything is in motion.
